About Arrecife Ferries

Arrecife Ferries port is also a port town with ferry services running to the other Canary Islands and to Cadiz on the Spanish mainland.

Arrecife is a city in the Canary Islands (Spain) situated in the east of the island of Lanzarote which is the capital since 1852. It is situated in south of Haria, east of Tinajo and northeast of Yaiza.
Lanzarote is the most easterly of the Canary Islands. The island, which is also known as Isla de los Volcanos, has a magnificent volcanic landscape with craters and black lava beaches.

Arrecife Ferries port first appeared on maps in the 15th century as a small fishing harbour and its maritime roots are still very much in evidence. About half of the Island's population reside in Arrecife, which has grown considerably in recent years.
